BUDS’ 22nd Annual Buddy Walk

On Saturday, October 26th, 2024, Manasota BUDS’ 22nd Annual Buddy Walk brought together around 400 attendees for an unforgettable day of fun and community. Hosted at Bayside Community Church in Lakewood Ranch, the event was a huge success!

Buddy Walk attendees played carnival games, participated in a 50/50 Raffle and Silent Auction, enjoyed refreshing snow cones, and interacted with superheroes and princesses. The event was emceed by the ever-so-talented Motown Ross Brown, who kept the energy high throughout the day.

🏆 The Top Team Award went to JP’s Fitness Team, while the Top Individual Fundraiser was David Rooks.

A heartfelt thank-you to our BUDS, friends, families, sponsors, and volunteers for making this event a huge success. Your support helps Manasota BUDS continue its mission of empowering individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
