BUDS Deliver at Special Olympics USA Games

Bear and Stancil bring home medals!

Several members of the Manasota BUDS community participated at the USA Special Olympics Games, held in Orlando. We could not be more proud of all of our athletes who competed like champions and truly demonstrated the spirit of bringing UP Down syndrome! Justin Bear won SILVER for his stellar performance in tennis! For the second year in a row, Jared and Chad Stancil won GOLD in the 18-hole alternate shot son/father team! Congratulations to all of our participants at this year’s Special Olympics!
