Join us for a new Caregiver and Me yoga class, hosted at Manasota BUDS' headquarters in Sarasota. Yoga instruction will be given by our friends at Soul to Soul Yoga. Classes run 30-45 minutes long, and are available on the second Monday of every month throughout 2022.
